The staff are very professional and polite. Special thanks to the receptionist Bassam, Sameh and Estifanous, as well as the bellman Mahmoud. The location is excellent on Neama Bay Heights in the heart of the tourist city.

My room, which overlooked the pool, was very clean. I must commend housekeeping on this. The fridge & A/C unit both worked well. I didn't participate, but the animation team did a good job at entertaining. I have noticed mixed comments, but I personally found the reception staff to be both polite & very helpful. Very reasonably priced. Next door to a large Shoping Mall, with King Tut exhibition!

Excellent location in the center of Naama Bay, a luxurious restaurant terrace overlooking the city and the bay and transfer to a variety of beaches - sandy and coral

This is a great base for venturing into the busy Sharm el Sheik town with many shops, cafes resturants. We enjoyed our stay and although we didn't spend much time at the hotel it seemed friendly, was clean and had everything we needed. There was a free bus from the hotel that took us to a nice snorkelling area and there was another bus that we could have got to a sandy beach. If you want to spend all your time at a 'resort' I am sure there are smarter more modern places but for the price this is good.
